FERNANDEZ, MIGUEL

Jon is very interested in projects that use technology to succeed.He is an investor and serial entrepreneur.

He started his career in investment banking in London, where he spent 6 years; first in “Corporate Finance” at Merrill Lynch and later at Morgan Stanley in “Private Wealth Management”. In 2010, he launched a fast-growing startup called Ticketbis, which in 6 years was present in 48 countries, made up of almost 500 people and with a turnover of 100M Eur. It was acquired by Ebay in 2016 to integrate it into its subsidiary Stubhub, a company with 4,000M Usd of business volume. Jon was the International Managing Director and member of the Steering Committee. In 2018, he disbanded and created the All Iron Group, made up of a private equity manager specialized in venture capital and which has invested in some of the most successful startups in Europe, a Socimi listed on BME Growth and a chain of apartment hotels and hostels called Líbere.

He has a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Deusto.

He is passionate about sports, watching and practicing (cycling, athletics, triathlon, soccer, snowboarding…), good cooking and good after-dinner meals and traveling.

The biggest challenge that he has faced in his life, apart from the negotiation of selling to Ebay which was very hard, has been to re-launch a successful project after having previously achieved it.

SAMPERIO, EDUARDO

Eduardo is an observant, detailed and efficient person, close to his colleagues. He considers the human team a priority and the principle of success in a project; always promoting camaraderie and collaboration between all those involved to achieve the objectives.

He is a professional committed to the needs and objectives of projects and clients, convinced that the way of working is rigorously and organized, and always with a high level of demand, starting with himself. He motivates her to overcome in each new professional challenge.

He accumulates more than 17 years of experience in the Construction sector. A strong adaptability has allowed it to successfully complete projects in different fields and locations for both the private and public sectors. His entire previous professional career was developed at Construcciones Balzola, where he was appointed Director of the Company’s Industrial Area, collaborating in the internationalization and growth of the company.

He is an Industrial Engineer from the University of the Basque Country and has a Master’s degree in PLD from the University of Deusto and ESADE.

He is passionate about traveling and enjoying good conversation with friends. That fondness for travel was decisive for successfully developing projects carried out abroad, in countries where the company had no previous establishment, and with a lack of knowledge of the local language and culture, which represents one of its greatest challenges, as well as achievements. , professionals.

DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION

FERNANDEZ, MIGUEL

Miguel is an engineering enthusiast, dynamic and outgoing, convinced that the success of projects lies in the management of a human team capable of facing challenges and finding solutions to different problems in all kinds of situations, always having the goal of , the success and the quality of the Final product.

He has 12 years of experience in project execution and management, from the beginning he has developed his profession in Construcciones Balzola.Where, within the Industrial Work business line, in which he developed the entirety of his career, he came to serve as Production Director of the department. In these years, national and international projects have overlapped, highlighting Spain, Ireland, Germany, the Dominican Republic and Chile.

Miguel is a Civil Engineer from the Higher Polytechnic School of Burgos.

Sportsman by default, especially of those who are associated with mountains and nature, great passionate about dogs, and above all, the English setter. With an active social life, he loves to enjoy meetings with family, friends and everything that ends up tasting a delicious meal.

The greatest challenge he has faced in his life was to make the decision to move to live abroad for the first time, with Chile as a destination, to face a complicated project, leaving, rather crushing the so-called comfort zone.

TECHNICAL OFFICE DIRECTOR

GARCÍA, JOSÉ

José is a serious, disciplined and persevering person, convinced that it is the details that make the difference. He is passionate about facing new professional challenges, always with the objective of finding the common good, applying logic and deepening the maximum in each project.

He began his professional career in the public sector, participating for 12 years in the execution of railway, maritime and road projects located all of them in national territory, where the execution of large structures has always had a relevant weight. Later he undertook an international stage with the objective of executing projects in the energy sector, to finally get involved in the analysis of projects and business development for the private sector, where he has been able to apply the professional experience acquired in the previous stages.

He is a Civil Engineer in the specialty of Civil Constructions. In continuous training, where he is currently developing a Master BIM in engineering.

He fond of the countryside in general and especially of the large expanses of oak, lands in which he spent part of his childhood. He loves to enjoy a good gathering, accompanied by a wine and a delicious ham.

The greatest professional challenge that he has faced in his life was the international leap, his feeling for being close to home, were a barrier that only surpassed his interest in improvement and continuous learning.
